Introduction to our Community Home Revitalization Program
Through Children’s H.E.L.P.’s Community Home Revitalization Program we purchase properties in various stages of pre- or post-foreclosure. We then fix them, bringing them to code and finishing them to a high standard. We then re-sell these homes to low- and middle-income families and individuals.
How It Works for Investors
Search HUDHomestore.com or the Mobile Search App to find currently available HUD homes in your area. Choose properties you want to bid on, and then call Dr. Tim James (see contact data near bottom of this page) to submit your bid. If you are the successful bidder, HUD will pay their pre-determined broker commission (at no additional cost to you) through escrow. And then Tim turns around and donates 100% of that HUD-commission to Children’s H.E.L.P. The big winners are the children we assist.
You May Qualify to Profit Even More by These Exceptionally Special HUD Programs:
Owner-Occupied – HUD prefers bidders who will occupy the home if they are to become the winning bidder. In most cases, investors are locked-out.
Good Neighbor Next Door – A program favoring Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, EMTs and Teachers who may qualify for up to 50% discount off the HUD Asking Price!
Nonprofits – community and faith based 501(c)(3) organizations the opportunity to purchase HUD homes at discounts up to 30%.
$1 – Homes – HUD’s Dollar Homes initiative helps local governments foster housing opportunities for low to moderate income families by offering them the opportunity to purchase qualified HUD-owned homes for $1 each.
Re-selling Revitalized Homes to Low-to Middle-Income Families and Individuals
The housing crisis is far from over, and we are working hard to make life better for the children. Because it’s the children of families that have lost their homes or have been displaced who are the silent victims of this housing crisis.
